REFUNDS

1. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item(s). We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. The item(s) have to be in unused, undamaged and saleable condition. This is your responsibility.
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you either via Store Credit of the applicable amount, via the original method of payment or via NEFT.
4. You will receive the credit within 2 – 15 working days, depending on the banks involved. Store Credit is reflected on your registered BAKERS365 account instantly.
5. All complaints/claims regarding refunds have to be placed within 7 working days of order delivery. No inquiry shall be entertained if received beyond this time.

RETURNS

• Returns for item(s) are processed and accepted on a case-to-case basis.
• Returns have to be shipped to us by you.
• All returns have to be packed appropriately so that they are delivered in undamaged, usable, and saleable condition.
• In some cases, return costs have to be borne by you, in other cases, the company bears the costs.
• To be eligible for a return, you must have a genuine reason that was not validated at the time of shopping by the information on the website pertaining to the product(s).
• The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
• The item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items on sale are not eligible for exchange, returns & refunds unless under exceptional circumstances which can only be determined by company executives.
