SHIPPING
- All orders are processed on the same or next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment dispatches may be delayed by an extra working day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp or telephone.

- The decision of using a particular courier company for a particular shipment is made by our resident dispatch team with experience of hundreds of shipments.
